“I love this thing. I've been chopping up old flyers and tickets all afternoon to test this thing out. It cuts a stack of card stock - no trouble. Each year we produce thousands of flyers, brochures and tickets for various events. A few years ago, I purchased a laser printer that will print on card stock and we started printing all our own materials. Trimming has been our weak spot. We tried taking our printed materials to a commercial printer but they screwed it up more often than not. You wouldn't think trimming would be difficult but unless you use certain sizes, they can't seem to figure it out on their fancy electronic trimmers!!! A name brand, $1000 paper cutter was out of our budget. As a result, we have been trimming using an old paper cutter that would only do about 3 thickness of card stock. The results were a very sore back and a somewhat 'ragged' trim job. It takes about an hour per thousand tickets this way. Once I experiment to find the proper settings and optimum number of sheets, I expect to trim a thousand tickets in less than 10 minutes!! This unit costs only about 25% [including shipping and import] of 'name brand' units. ......
