The blades equipped with COME’s stack paper cutters can either be re-sharpened or replaced if necessary.  After each re-sharpening, blades can get "ever so slightly" shorter, all of our paper cutters have built-in mechanisms to adjust blade assembly to compensate for the slight loss of blade height after each re-sharpening.  This is a must-have functionality!!!

We accept return on our products within 30 days from the date of your purchase.  You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Code.  The returned product must be in the original box, together with all the original accessories and documentation, and must be in the same condition as when it was sent.  Please also include a copy of your original receipt with your return.  You will be responsible for all the costs of shipping the return to our designated facility.  You are also responsible for any damages or loss of shipment.  Refund will be given as money back only for the cost of the product after your return is received.  No refund shall be given for shipping and handling charges.  Failure to comply with this policy will result in disqualification for refund or applicable fees being deducted from the refund.

Your purchases are covered by a one year warranty from the date of your purchase.  COME warrants to the original purchaser of its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use.  If any such defects should be found during the applicable warranty period, COME agrees to, at its option, repair or replace defective product with a new, refurbished, or equal product free of charge.   You will be responsible for shipping charges and any damages or loss of shipment.  We are responsible for shipping the product back to you.  This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to: (1) neglect, unreasonable use, an accident, improper application, violation of the operating instructions, or other customer-induced damage, (2) any modification or repair by any party other than COME or authorized by COME, (3) cosmetic damage to the surface or exterior caused by normal wear and tear, (4) normal wear and tear of the blade, (5) shipping damage incurred while the product is in transit, or (6) acts of God.

COME®-3700 Enlarge Image Detailed Description	The next level paper cutter in our product lineup, above the COME®-2700 model, is the COME®-3700 model.  The COME®-3700 cutter is much more heavy-duty than the COME®-2700 model and the backstop mechanism is designed differently as well.  The cutting platform and the back support table of the COME®-3700 desktop stack paper cutter are built using steel alloy of about 3mm thickness.  Each unit weights about 45 pounds (as apposed to 2mm steel alloy and the unit weight of 36 pounds for the COME®-2700 model). The backstop gauge and the side paper guard of the COME®-3700 are machined out of solid aluminum.  With built-in gear-driven mechanism, the backstop gauge fits seamlessly into the gear tracks located on the side paper guard. By simply push or pulling it, the backstop can be adjusted very quickly. The backstop gauge can also be adjusted by using the turn knob, which is also made of solid aluminum. SG®-20 Enlarge Image Detailed Description	The SG®-20 is an All-In-One Dual cutter. This is the only product on the market with a guillotine trimmer, perforator, scorer or creaser, wave cutter, and round corner cutter on the same base. SG®-298(A3) Enlarge Image Detailed Description	The SG®-298(A3) desktop stack paper cutter is a very heavy duty high end paper cutter.  In addition to the premium features offered by the SG®-298 stack paper cutters, the SG®-298(A3) model features a fast-action paper clamp  instead of the turn-wheel paper clamp.  The SG®-298(A3) desk top stack paper cutter can handle much larger documents than the COME SG®-298(12) model. The maximum cutting width of this model is 16.5” wide and 18” long.  The thickness capacity is 1 1/2” (300 sheets of 20 LB bond papers).
